Website materials may be used provided that the source is credited — the name “Babysmile Group” and an active hyperlink to the source page. Photographs and videos depicting people may not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the rights holder and the persons depicted.

3. Photographs of families and children

Photographs on the website are published with the consent of the persons depicted or their legal representatives. Copying, distribution and adaptation of such materials by third parties without the separate written consent of the rights holder and the persons depicted are prohibited.

4. Trademarks and designations

The name “Babysmile Group” is used as an umbrella brand for a group of projects and organisations and does not imply the existence of a registered legal entity, holding company or management company of that name. Rights to the trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.
